§1 GAME RULES
The tournament is played in accordance with the applicable FIFA and KBVB rules. Games are played on natural grass and artificial grass pitches. It is not possible to indicate in advance that one does not want to play on artificial grass.
§2 NUMBER OF (CHANGE) PLAYERS
In all groups that play on an entire field, it is allowed to change 5 times per team. In this case, an already exchanged player may return to the field at a later substitution, HOWEVER a team may therefore make a maximum of 5 CHANGES per game. In all other non-team groups, unlimited changes are allowed. These changes must be made with the permission of the referee, in accordance with FIFA rules. So not during the game.
§3 PLAYING DURATION
In all groups that play on a whole field, the playing time is 1 times 30 minutes. In the matches between the eights and sevens, the playing time is 1 times 20 minutes. At the U8/U9 the playing time is 1 times 20 minutes. The mentioned playing time applies to both the matches in the group phase and the matches in the play-off phases, including the finals.
In games where a decision has to be made (in the play-offs), in the event of a tie, penalties will be taken immediately and therefore no extension will be played.
§4 SCORING
The scoring is in accordance with the three-point system, so;
3 points for a win
1 point for a tie
0 points for loss
When two or more teams equal in the same place in the group phase, the following will be looked at;
1. Target balance
2. The number of goals scored
3. Mutual result
If this does not offer a definite answer either;
1. In the event that both teams play at the same location (simultaneously) that day, penalties will be taken.
2. In the event that both teams are playing at a different playing location that day, so that penalty kicks are not possible, will be decided by drawing lots. The result of this draw will be announced via the website and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the draw.
§5 PLAYER LISTS
All participating teams are obliged to submit a list (well) before the start of the 1st game, or when registering on arrival, with the names and birth dates of the participating players. A player list must be submitted, on Saturday and Sunday. Players are required to be able to identify themselves when required if the organization so requests and will periodically test for ages. If a player cannot or refuses to identify himself, this player may be denied further participation by the organization. If after any identification it turns out that a player has unlawfully participated in that team, all previously played matches of that team will be void and converted into a legal 0-1 loss. The player concerned will also be denied further participation and the organization can decide to remove the relevant team from the tournament.
A player may only be registered for 1 team during the tournament. A team (players + reserve players) may enter with a maximum of 3 dispensation players and these may be a maximum of 12 months older than the permitted age in his/her class. This does not apply to England and Wales.
§6 PRESENCE
All teams must ensure that they arrive on time before the start of their match. Teams that, for no good reason, cannot be on time to start their match will automatically lose 0-1. Not being able to find the sports park or not knowing where to play is not a valid excuse. That is why it is also important to check carefully on Saturday where and when to play on Sunday. If your team is late and you have good reason to do so, we urge you to contact the (local) organization in time.
The first named team gets to choose which side their team defends. The other team may kick off.
§7 CLOTHING
When two teams in shirts in the same color compete against each other, the former team is obliged to put on other shirts or to ask the organization to play with vests, if these are available locally. It is therefore advisable to bring spare shirts. If no solution is found, the (local) organization decides on the result.
§8 (ASSISTANT) REFEREES
All matches are played with official referees appointed by the organization. These are demonstrably referees for the relevant association in their own country. It is not always possible to appoint a referee from a neutral country, but we will work towards this where possible. All matches on large and small fields are played without assistants. During the final matches for places 1 and 2 on Sunday, the organization will appoint official assistant referees (if this is possible). ALL decisions taken by the referee on the field are final and no objection is allowed. Complaints about referees will only be processed by the organization in exceptional cases.
§9 YELLOW AND RED CARDS
A player who receives a yellow card during the match must leave the field for 2 minutes. It must not be replaced during that period. The referee MUST indicate this by showing the yellow card. A player who receives a second yellow card must leave the field and is excluded for the remainder of that match. A player who is sent off the field with a direct red card is excluded from the remainder of that game and the next game of his / her team. In the event of serious violations or violent acts, the (local) organization may decide to extend the suspension.
When a match is abandoned, the procedure is as follows;
- The referee informs the tournament management of the reason for the strike
- In consultation, a guilty team is appointed by the referee and organization
- This team will then lose the match 0-1 and may be removed from the tournament
- If both teams are at fault, both teams will deduct 1 victory point and can be removed from the tournament
In the event of (repeated) misconduct or violent acts, the organization will not hesitate to immediately remove teams from the tournament. We stand for respect and fair play. Misconduct along the field by parents or leaders will also be brutal and this can also lead to the removal of individuals or the entire team. The police will always be called in for serious (violent) offenses.
Here too, ALL decisions of both referee and organization are binding and no correspondence can be entered into.

§11 CORRESPONDENCE ABOUT RESULTS / PUBLICATION STANDS
At the end of the match, the referee will ask both trainers to sign the result on the match slip for approval. This is to ensure a correct result. When a trainer refuses, for whatever reason, to sign, he automatically agrees with the result. If you nevertheless find an incorrect result, we request that you report this to the local tournament management. On Saturdays it is possible to correct wrong results UNTIL 19:00, after that all published results are binding. All results and competition programs will be published on www.tournify.nl.
§12 OTHER PROVISIONS
- Each team is expected to arrive at the accommodation in sportswear. Shower facilities are provided.
- All spectators at matches must be behind the fence or at least 2 meters from the field. This also applies to teams waiting to play their own game if the previous game has not yet started. The referees will not start until everyone complies with this request. If this is not done, the match will not be started and the organization can take measures against the offender (s).
– Only the captain of a team acts as a spokesperson for the referee. Failure to comply with this may result in a yellow penalty.
§13 OFFICIAL COMPLAINTS
It is possible to file verbal and / or written complaints against decisions taken. A deposit of 50 euros must be paid for this. If the complaint is upheld, this amount will be received back. If the complaint is declared unfounded, the objector will lose this amount. We would like to point out that in most cases protests against decisions taken by referees have no chance.
§14 TOURNAMENT LEADERSHIP
In ALL cases not provided for in these regulations, the tournament management / organization decides.
